Subject	Y do I smell fuel?

Message	The other day I came home after a decent drive and lifted the hood to look things over and I smelled what smelled a lot like fuel coming from behind the driver side headlight. Is there a fuel line there or something? There is no other odors any where else in the engine bay. Any info is greatly appreciated.
